Random Thoughts From a Random Woman

Here are some things that have gone through my head this week.
  • Walking by a book about the magician Harry Houdini, I thought "wouldn't it be funny if there was a porno named Ho-Dini and it was about a lady would could untie knots inside her vagina?"
  • Watching SNL this Saturday featuring Tim McGraw & Ludacris as the musical guest with my spouse and asking her "Is there a genre of music that is both hip hop & country & if so is it called cunt-hop or hip-cunt?"
  • Listening to Michael Jackson's "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" and wondering what the hell the lyrics were in the bridge. After grabbing the Thriller album I discovered that MJ was singing "You're a vegetable, you're a vegetable. Still they hate you, you're a vegetable. You're just a buffet, you're a vegetable. They eat off of you, you're a vegetable." Upon taking in these words as actual lyrics to a pretty jammin' song I thought "what in the bloody fuck is he talking about. What does that even mean you're a vegetable or you're just a buffet. How the hell did this man become a rock icon? Oh well. I mean I like vegetables & I love a buffet, so I guess it's all good."

Oh and BTW I saw the latest Bond flick this weekend I I suggest you just re-rent Casino Royale. Daniel Craig was fine, but the movie was not even half as good as his 1st Bond film.

Peace!

I thank that is incredibly telling on the lyrics thing. Obviously, MJ must have felt like a "buffet" at some point, with everyone (his family, maybe?) eating off him, but not giving him any real love. Hence, he felt like a vegetable, just a THING. I think his whole family dynamic has always been totally dysfunctional, with evidence of his own strange life being in favor of that. He obviously took it to extremes tho!

Just my take on the lyrics!
